NovoLog® Mix 70/30 FlexPen® is prefilled with insulin. Once the prefilled insulin pen is opened, it can be used for 14 days without refrigeration (less than 86°F).† And our insulin pen is small enough to fit in your purse or pocket. So take it to the movies, to work, out to dinner, wherever you go!

A discreet way to take insulin
Just follow the instructions that come with your
NovoLog® Mix 70/30 FlexPen® . And use the following steps as a guide:

• Roll FlexPen® between your palms, and move it up and down until the insulin appears uniformly white and cloudy
• Place a new NovoFine® disposable needle on FlexPen® for each injection*
• While holding FlexPen® vertically, perform an airshot to remove any bubbles
• Dial the number of units you need to inject. If you set the wrong dose, simply dial back, and you won’t lose your insulin
• When you’re ready, use the injection technique recommended by your doctor, and inject!
