1. What is Focus Express Mail Pharmacy?
Focus Express Mail Pharmacy is an Internet-based mail-order pharmacy but with a neighborhood community pharmacy agenda and practice.  Focus provides expert service, outstanding customer care and convenient home delivery of prescription medications and medical supplies to insurance qualified patients with diabetes and chronic illnesses.
2. How does the Focus Express Mail Pharmacy program work?  How can Focus Express Mail Pharmacy help me?
Once you qualify as a patient of Focus Express Mail Pharmacy, we will fill your prescriptions and send your order via Fed-Ex or UPS with FREE delivery to ensure proper delivery.  We will wait for the reimbursement and we will accept the insurance company's 80% payment as payment in full (where allowed.)  If you get the check, it is your obligation to endorse it and send it to Focus Express Mail Pharmacy for payment.
3. How much does it cost to enroll with Focus Express Mail Pharmacy?  Is there a membership fee?
At Focus Express Mail Pharmacy, there are NO membership fees and there are NO shipping charges.*  You are only responsible for your yearly deductible as defined by your insurance company.

4. Will I receive my medication(s) on time?
We always strive to get your order to you BEFORE you need it and our extensive inventory ensures that we always have your medication in stock.  Generally, you can receive your order the next day if needed if you call before 3PM EST.
5. Can anyone enroll with Focus Express Mail Pharmacy?
We encourage everyone with private medical and prescription insurance to fill out an enrollment form.  Our highly trained insurance specialists will be able to tell you within hours if your insurance qualifies.  We do not accept HMOs, Medicare, or Medicaid.
6. Does the staff of Focus Express Mail Pharmacy understand my needs?
Yes, the staff and pharmacists of Focus Express Mail Pharmacy have over 100 years of combined pharmacy experience and over 60 years of combined experience with patients who have diabetes.
7. Can I speak to a pharmacist?
The pharmacists, Ian and Joel, are directly in touch regularly with their patients and are always available to answer questions about drug dosages and interactions, device usage and care.  They are available during all regular business hours to address your questions and concerns.
8. How do I transfer my prescriptions to Focus Express Mail Pharmacy?
It's very easy?  You can mail new prescriptions directly to Focus Express Mail Pharmacy, we can call your physician for new ones, or we can call your existing pharmacy and have them transferred to us.
