 Caroline Jessup is probably the sweetest woman you will ever meet-in person or on the telephone. When she answers the phone at Focus, one would think that she was talking to a close family friend instead of a customer. But that’s just the way she is: very caring, very compassionate, and very nice. In her position in our accounts receivable department, Caroline checks to see if claims have been paid. But a more important part of her work day is verifying insurance for people who have just enrolled. With almost 10 years of experience in working with people with diabetes, Caroline knows who to talk to and what to ask for in the verification process. And her friendly and pleasant demeanor allows her to communicate well with whomever she speaks to. Caroline has a wonderful sense of humor and is an absolute treasure. She will go to tremendous lengths to make sure a customer is satisfied; often making multiple calls to patients until she, herself, feels that she couldn’t have done anything more. Married to Dennis, she is the mother of two teenage boys, Matthew and Nicholas. |
