 Barbara Malogrino is our “newest” employee. Joining us in August of 2006 in accounts receivable and customer service, Barb has added a great deal of personality and fun to our workplace. Just a “really nice person”, Barb has learned a great deal since coming on-board. She enjoys answering the phone and takes care of customers efficiently and with great care. Barb has become very experienced in signing up new customers and resolving “problems”. Always willing to learn something new, Barb fits right in with our group and is wonderful to work alongside. Her years of experience in working with customers face to face as well as over the phone has proven invaluable to us at Focus. Always dressed to the “T”, the running joke here is that we don’t think Barb has worn the same outfit twice since she started! Barb is the mother of two married daughters, Kim and Alyssa, and loves to shop and travel. |
