Rae London is more than qualified for her position as Vice President of Customer Relations at Focus Express Mail Pharmacy. With over 26 years of pharmacy experience (20 years in mail-order pharmacy), Rae is the standard that others are measured up to for excellence in customer service.
Her patience, warmth, and friendly demeanor has not only endeared herself to her patients, but has been transferred to the other employees who she has trained at Focus. Add her years of experience and knowledge about diabetes and insulin pumps and you have the perfect employee for a mail-order pharmacy: someone who can empathize with a patient and help them as if they were face to face in a retail pharmacy.
Her position allows her to do what she loves to do: improve people's lives by giving them access to the latest medical technology. Rae says that her "reward is being able to make a difference in people's lives".
Rae and her husband of over 38 years, Harris, have two grown children: Jordan, who is married to Alana, and Nicole. Her passion (outside of work) is playing tennis.
