With over 18 years of experience in mail-order pharmacy in the "back office", Donna wears many hats. As manager of the accounts receivable department, Donna oversees claims resolution, appeals to insurance companies, and collections. She also assists in customer service and is very valuable in verifying and getting pre-certifications for patients to receive insulin pumps.
Donna's experience, knowledge, and patience make her an extremely important part of Focus Express Mail Pharmacy. Her patients are extremely important to her and she will fight tenaciously to get their claims covered and paid so that their quality of life is improved. Donna says that "coming in to work is a pleasure because you never know who you will be able to help that day".
Married for over 28 years to Bob, they have 2 sons, Justin and Chris and one grandchild, "Little Chris".
In her spare time, Donna and Bob love trying new recipes from the Food Network or from magazines. Her hobbies include gardening, camping, and fishing.
